20th Oregon Men's Mid-Amateur Championship

Entries are open to amateur golfers who, as of July 12, 2008 are 25 years of age or older.  Entries are limited to golfers with USGA Handicap Indexes of 10.0 and less.  All entrants must be members is good standing of an OGA Member club.

Entry forms must reach the OGA office by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. (Entries by telephone, FAX, mail or email are not acceptable).

$150.  Applicable entry fees must accompany entry from.  Refunds are not available after the applicable closing date (Men: April 9, 2008) except for documented medical reasons.  All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.

Defending champion Scott Hval are elibible for guaranteed entry into the Championship as are the Top 50 eligible golfers from the 2007 OGA Men's Performance Points List.  All exempt players must meet eligibility requirements and must file an entry by the deadline.

36-hole stroke play competition.  Prize award will be made on the basis of GROSS and NET finish.  Merchandise certificates will be awarded to top finishers.  A Champion's Trophy will be issued to the low gross.  In the event of a tie for the Gross Championship, the winner shall be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.
