20th Oregon Women's Mid-Amateur Championship

Entries are open to amateur golfers who, as of July 12, 2008 are 25 years of age or older.  Entries in the Women's Division are limited to golfers who were female at birth with USGA Handicap Indexes of 22.4 and less. All entrants must be members in good standing of an OGA Member club.

Entry forms must reach the OGA office by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. (Entries by telephone, FAX, mail or e-mail are
not acceptable)

$150.00 entry fee must accompany entry form. Refunds are not available after the closing date of June 25, 2008.  Except for documented medical reasons. All refunds are subject to a $20.00
administrative fee.

Defending champion Loree McKay will be eligible for guaranteed entry into the Championship.  Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and must file an entry by the deadline.

The Women's Field Limit will be limited to 48 women with the lowest USGA Handicap indexes at the entry deadline (the first 47 entrants and the defending champion).

36-hole stroke play competition. Prize awards will be made on the basis of GROSS and NET finish. Merchandise certificates will be
awarded to top finishers in each division. A Champion's Trophy will be issued to the low gross male and female.
