PRACTICE ROUND: Players may call 503-775-2900 to make practice round arrangements. Contestants will be responsible for the appropriate green fee.
COURSE YARDAGES: The men will play the BLUE tee markers and the women will play from the RED tee markers.
PRACTICE RANGE: The driving range will open before 6:00 a.m. both days. Range balls will be hosted by the OGA for each player prior to each round. Please check in the Pro Shop and Identify yourself as a Public Links Contestant to receive your complementary warm up bucket of range balls.
CART RESERVATIONS: Carts have been reserved based on requests indicated on the entry forms. Contestants must pay the appropriate cart fee to the pro shop at the time of rental. As a reminder, please follow any cart path restrictions posted by Eastmoreland Golf Course.
CADDIES: You may bring your own; Eastmoreland Golf Course will not have caddies available.
FOOTWEAR: Shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition) or spikes, regardless of design, where metal may come into contact with the course are prohibited during a stipulated round. Penalty for breach of this condition: Disqualification.
DRESS CODE: Proper attire must be worn at all times. Proper attire does not include spandex body wear, cutoffs, running shorts, short-shorts, tank tops, tee shirts, or denim of any kind or color, or unkempt clothing of nay kind. Neat and clean pants, skirts, slacks, cords, or appropriately hemmed, tailored shorts no more than 6 inches above the knee (men's shorts must have a minimum of three pockets) are acceptable, as are sweaters and sweatshirts, golf shirts (men's must have collars) women's golf shirts and golf blouses. Shoes must be worn at all times. Contestants not in compliance with the OGA Dress Code will be DISQUALIFIED from the Championship and removed from the golf course.
SCORE POSTING: will be done by the OGA for each round after the Championship has been completed. The OGA will post each player's adjusted score to GHIN as a tournament score, for handicapping purposes.
TIME OF STARTING: Optional condition is in effect as prescribed in Appendix 1 in the Rules of Golf.
GOLF BALLS: Optional condition for "Conforming Golf Ball" is in effect as prescribed in Appendix 1 in the Rules of Golf.
GOLF CLUBS: Optional condition is in effect as prescribed in Appendix 1 in the Rules of Golf.
PACE OF PLAY: The OGA Pace of Play Policy will be in effect. OGA Pace of Play Policy is available on the OGA website and the Starters table.
* Players are expected to know and play by the Rules of Golf at all times.
